#1. So, what’s your favourite word?
Horse.
#2. No, nay, never… What gets you up in the morning?
Life. There is so much to live for and so much to do.
#3. True dat. What do you truly, honestly think of social media?
I think it’s brilliant – I’ve met so many amazing people who are now friends, who I can meet in in real life. I even met a girl online who lives near the Rockies. My daughter is actually going to visit her soon.
#4. Brilliant. Kindles or books?
Kindle – you can take it everywhere.
#5. Just like a book then 😉 What do you think is the biggest challenge to your industry right now?
People don’t think they need personal development. They think they know it all. The more you know, the more you realise you know diddly squat.
#6. Doh. What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I wanted to be a vet. But then my mum told me i wasn’t academic enough so i want to secretary school.
#7. All the best girls did. What led you to your current career?
I was under-performing at work. I received coaching and then managed to reach number one in my industry in terms of sales.
#8. Can you use your favourite word in a sentence?
I’m passionate about horses and I love playing polo.

Horses for courses.
#10. Like that. What advice would you give to your younger self?
Take more risks. Feel uncomfortable. Jump.
#11. Also like that. What’s the best thing anyone’s ever done for you?
My current partner for having total faith in me and what I can achieve. He has shown such faith and belief in me – even in my worst times! I think he sees me as his investment 🙂 🙂 :). I’ve never met anyone like him before.
#12. This is giving us life right now. Tell us, what’s been your ‘career-defining’ moment?
I guess going from an under-performing health economics strategy manager to number one sales person in the uk pharma industry, and top 10 at Pfizer.
#13. If you won a big award of some kind, who would you thank?
My future self for leading and helping me.

Make your plan the night before and set yourself two hours in the front of the day to complete six things.
#15. Loving this!! Where do you see your industry in 24 months?
Exploding. Wow, just exploding. I see personal development and network marketing growing beyond belief.
#16. Boooooooom. Where were you 24 months ago?
Trying to figure it all to see why i wasn’t growing faster. Very close to bankruptcy.
#17. What’s an interesting fact about your company?
We help you to think. Mental activity isn’t thinking.

Happy.

No. I don’t spend a lot of time on social media. I’ve not seen anything that just makes me go wow.

If you can’t earn money while you’re sleeping, you’ll work until you die.

Sitting and spending time with my mum.
