Facebook is also planning to add extras such as live shopping features and loyalty programmes to keep that online traffic heading to your store. Connect with your customers
First of all, in order to be eligible to use Facebook Shops, you must have received an email or notification. Once you have it, go to your Facebook page and select the Shop tab. Follow the on-screen instructions, making sure to fill all the required fields. Click finish when you’re ready to begin customising your store with colours and fonts that best suit your brand.
Give your collections a twirl
If you have lots of wares and want to tempt customers, why not come up with a collection? Facebook Stores lets you create, arrange and customise collections of six to 30 products, with each collection given a name, description and cover media. Create your own trends using a variety of themes that will keep customers coming back for more.
Going native
Once your shop is open for business, customers can enjoy it via Facebook or the Instagram App on Apple or Android devices in a full-screen, immersive experience, while your collections will be served up in native mobile ads as personalised products.
